2027 Junior Academy

Fulham United FC Academy.

Register for the 2027 season

Developing better footballers. Developing better people.

Fulham United FC is proud to launch the Fulham United FC Academy and Futsal Program in 2027, providing additional development opportunities for our junior players as part of the club’s strengthened player pathway.
The Academy will be available to all registered Fulham United FC junior players at no additional cost, across our MiniRoos, Junior and Youth Club Championship programs.
Our aim is simple: to give every player the opportunity to develop their football, build confidence and progress as far as their ambition and potential can take them.

Your development. Your pathway.

At Fulham United, we believe a young player’s development should not be defined by the league or tier their team happens to play in.
Players develop physically, technically and emotionally at different rates. Our responsibility is to create an environment where every player can be challenged, supported and given opportunities to improve.
The Fulham United FC Academy will provide a structured development environment built around a consistent curriculum and club playing philosophy, complementing players’ regular team training and matches.

The program forms part of our commitment to creating a genuine pathway connecting our youngest MiniRoos players through junior football and ultimately into Fulham United FC’s State League 1 senior program.

Fulham United FC Academy × Luis Garcia Academy

For 2027, Fulham United FC is partnering with Luis Garcia Academy to deliver our Academy and Futsal programs.
Luis brings extensive experience across football, futsal and goalkeeper development. Originally from Brazil, he played youth football with Sport Club Corinthians Paulista and has coached in Australia for around eight years, including F-League teams, state-level goalkeepers and national youth academy environments.
His coaching philosophy aligns strongly with Fulham United’s approach, with an emphasis on technical ability, decision-making, confidence and understanding of the game.

“I’m really looking forward to working with Fulham United FC, supporting the players and coaches, and contributing to both the football and futsal development programs.”
— Luis Garcia

What will the Academy offer?

The Academy will provide development opportunities in addition to regular team training, giving players who want to do more another opportunity to develop within their own club.
The 2027 program will progressively include:
– Technical development — additional structured coaching designed to develop players’ individual football ability and understanding of the game.
– Futsal — helping players develop technique, creativity, confidence and faster decision-making in tight spaces.
– Goalkeeper development — specialist support for our developing goalkeepers.
– Strength and conditioning — age-appropriate physical development for relevant age groups.
– Additional training opportunities — providing players with more opportunities to train and develop throughout the season.
– Coach development — supporting Fulham coaches with education, resources, mentoring and technical guidance, helping create a consistent development environment across the club.
These elements form part of Fulham United’s strengthened junior football program for 2027.

Football and Futsal

Futsal will be an important part of the Academy program.
The smaller playing area and fast pace of futsal gives players more opportunities on the ball and challenges them to make decisions quickly, helping develop technique, creativity, confidence and decision-making in tight spaces.
The Futsal Program will complement — rather than replace — players’ regular outdoor football development.

One club. One pathway.

The Academy is one part of a much bigger goal for Fulham United FC.
We want to build a genuine pathway where players can begin with Fulham as young MiniRoos, continue developing through junior football and see a future for themselves in our senior program.
Players shouldn’t feel they need to leave Fulham United to find their next development opportunity.
As players progress through the age groups, our program will increasingly prepare them for the technical, tactical and physical demands of senior football, with our U17 and U18 programs providing the bridge towards Reserves and Senior football.

Who can participate?

The Fulham United FC Academy will be available to registered Fulham United FC junior players across our junior program.
There is no additional Academy fee for registered Fulham United FC players.
Further information about Academy sessions, scheduling and the 2027 program will be communicated to registered families as the program is rolled out.

Ready for 2027?

The launch of the Fulham United FC Academy and Futsal Program is another step in our commitment to providing a stronger development environment and greater opportunities for every Fulham player.
Develop better footballers. Develop better people. Create genuine opportunities.
