About the Junior Strategy
Fulham United’s Junior Strategy 2026–2029 sets out how we will improve the junior football experience across player development, coaching, pathways, culture, facilities and family engagement.

How progress is measured
Each objective is broken into clear milestones. Progress only increases when those milestones are actually completed, giving players, families and members a transparent view of how the strategy is being delivered.

Reading the dashboard
The overall percentage shows progress across the full strategy. Workstream percentages show progress in each major area, while the objectives underneath show the individual commitments that make up the plan.
